Tess Malone, originally from the UK, is an award winning filmmaker and has been a Script Supervisor in the film and television industry for fifteen years. She has worked on projects such as Equilibrium, Sunshine, Dunkirk and The Diary of Anne Frank; working with the likes of Danny Boyle, Richard LaGravanese, Christian Bale, Robert Halmi Snr, Brian Eastman, Diane Weist, John Laroquette and Kurt Wimmer.
Now based in New York, Tess has teamed up with fellow writers/ award winning filmmakers George Sanders and Shawn Curran, forming the company TTT Films. She is currently the development producer for a World War Two TV series set in the UK called Spitfire Girls with Bedlam Productions; producers of The King’s Speech. She filmed and met many of the women who flew in World War Two and created a documentary to go alongside the series.
In 2009 Tess directed and produced an award-winning short film called The German Lullaby, which won eighteen awards at film festivals across the world. It was also selected for the BBC film network. Other projects in development include a TV series called MA, which was optioned by Left Bank Pictures in the UK. A short film called Killer Heels, and a World War Two espionage film, Hotel Babylon.
